Connected Planning

Enterprise Performance Management

Enterprise Performance Management

Ron Dimon’s thought-leading second edition of the book originally entitled Enterprise Performance Management Done Right, published in 2012, serves as a practical roadmap for utilizing Connected Planning to develop agile organizations and effectively navigate the complex landscape of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).

Esteemed author, researcher, and Management professor Dr. Christopher Neck states, “Just as one must be self-leading to complete a grueling marathon, an organization must also practice self-leadership to execute its business strategies efficiently and effectively. What drives self-leadership at all levels within an organization? It is undoubtedly the people within the organization, who must be actively involved in the planning process. Without a plan, an organization lacks direction.”

Since 2012, the world of connecting strategy with improved performance has undergone significant changes, particularly with the adoption of new, cloud-based, in-memory technologies by major organizations. This book is designed for CFOs, CIOs, and their direct reports, as well as any organizational visionary or aspiring leader eager to integrate expert consulting and strategic facilitation into their efforts to create an actionable vision and plan for enhancing readiness, resilience, and performance.

Enterprise Performance Management

A practical blueprint for developing and implementing performance management strategies that enhance revenue growth and profit margins is essential for today’s businesses. Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) technology has been rapidly advancing, particularly in predictive analysis and cloud-based solutions. The framework introduced in Real Enterprise Performance Management provides a structured approach for implementing and managing next-generation functionality, leading to improved insight, focus, and alignment within organizations. This blueprint demonstrates that effective EPM can significantly impact revenue growth, operating margins, asset utilization, and cash cycle efficiency.

In today's data-rich environment, businesses often struggle to make informed decisions. Executives require expert consulting to establish a solid framework for gathering, analyzing, and discussing optimal methods for deploying capital, people, and time. Real Enterprise Performance Management combines IT and finance through strategic facilitation, creating a digestible blueprint for developing and implementing performance management strategies that ultimately improve revenue growth and profit margins.
